What’s your brand’s higher calling? It’s a good question – and often a very tough one. Brand is habitually thought of simply as a company’s logo or colors or tagline, but a brand is so much more than that. Your brand is what exists in the minds and hearts of your consumers. Jeff Bezos said, “Your brand is what other people say about you when you’re not in the room.” In this age of hyperconnectivity, the consumer is in the room 24/7, not only listening, but joining in on the conversation and inviting their friends to join, too.
